A Message to New Patients
Welcome to Shore Endodontics!
Thank you for choosing our office for your endodontic needs!
We are delighted that you chose us and cannot wait to meet you!
We are serious about providing superior dental care and proud of our dedication to our patients. Our goal is to help you feel your very best through excellent dental care.
Cancellations
Please keep in mind that when we schedule an appointment with you our doctor is setting aside that time especially for you. Most of our patients let us know a few days ahead of time if they need to reschedule, which allows us time to offer that appointment time to another patient in need. We ask as a courtesy that you give us 24 hours notice should you need to reschedule your appointment. Thank you!
What to expect during your first New Patient Appointment
At Shore Endodontics, we want to make your dental visit as fast and efficient as possible. We know that your time is valuable and we strive to accommodate you at all times. Here are a few helpful tips to help streamline your visit with us!
Step 1: Complete New Patient Forms
Complete our patient forms and bring them with you to your appointment. This will expedite things upon arrival.
You can find those forms here.
Step 2: Bring Any Insurance Information
Please bring your insurance card (if applicable) and any pertinent insurance information regarding your dental insurance with you to your dental appointment. We will gladly file any dental insurance claims on your behalf as a courtesy to you.
Step 3: Relax, Your Are in Good Hands...
Our friendly dental team will welcome you to our office. We have complimentary refreshments in our reception area. After being greeted you will be taken back for necessary x-rays.
The doctor will meet with you to discuss your X-Rays and recommendations. If additional treatment is required, you will be presented with a treatment plan and an estimate.
